What To Expect From a Hot Tub Relocation
Do you have cranes or lifters?
We have cranes if there is no alternative. Always check if there is a gate, wall or fence panel that can be taken out before you commit to a crane. Cranes cost £££'s, but we can help if you have no other option.
How do you move & transport the spa?
We have all the equipment you might need. We usually provide two people, a jack and air bag for lifting the spa onto it's side and then we use a sledge or a kart to get it to either our special spa trailer or large flatbed.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Rochdale and cover the entire north west region.
What equipment do you have?
We have everything you might need including cranes. We use a spa jack to lift the spa up off the ground. Then we'll use a special spa airbag to lift it onto either the spa sledge or spa kart. We'll sled or kart it to our spa trailer or big flatbed depending on the hot tub's size.
What days can you move my hot tub?
Any day of the week. We work 7 days.
What info do you need from me?
First steps are to assess the routes and spa size and weight.
A quick message with one of our technicians will help you to assess the relocation and we can offer a quote.
On the day we will need you to disconnect the spa from the power source, cover lifter and empty it ready to move.
Do you offer installation & Servicing?
Yes, we offer discounted installation to relocation customers. You can get £50 off installation (normally £100) and £50 off a full annual service (normally £300).
Are you trained & insured?
Yes, we are fully trained and certified by the trade associations BISHTA & CHTT. We are fully covered by public liability insurance.
How much does it cost?
The average two-person hot tub move costs between £300-£400. There are some people who will do it for cheaper, but you can be sure they are not fully insured, equipped and trained to do the job.
How long does it take?
The average hot tub relocation takes between 2-4 hours.
